Good quality on-ste big flow rate oxygen gas plant is one kind of Oxygen Plant producing 90%-99% purity gaseous oxygen.  This oxygen plant use PSA technology, it gets oxygen by separating oxygen directly from the atmosphere . On-site oxygen plant is also called Oxygen Generator or PSA oxygen generator. Big flow rate oxygen plant is suitable to produce oxygen flow rate up to 300 Nm3/hr.
