High purity big flow rate oxygen supply machine is an Oxygen Generator producing oxygen from atmosphere. It uses PSA pressure swing adsoprtion technology to separate oxygen from Air. Compressed air from Air Compressor is the material, then with PSA technology, the oxygen is separated from air, while nitrogen and other impurities are discharged into air by muffler. The flow rate of oxygen is decided by the air compressor size.Normaly, flow rate within 200 m3/hr is suitable for PSA. Oxygen purity is 90-95%.
