The Air Compressor has one skid, the other parts, from air treatment part to nitrogen buffer tank is the other skid. This laser cutting nitrogen generator is suitable for laser cutting application, which need high purity from 99.995% to 99.999%, it uses one Nitrogen Compressor to increase nitrogen pressure to 32 bars or 35 bars.  This high pressure is needed for laser cutting machine.  It is easy for transportation and for easy installation. For example, laser cutting nitrogen generator need 30 bars pressure, it need one nitrogen compressor. All these parts are included in one cabinet.

For nitrogen generator, during operation, the only consumption is compressed air. So maintaining same nitrogen flow rate and purity, with less compressed air consumption, the whole system consumes less electricity for the air compressor.
