99.9995% High Pure Energy-saving Skid Nitrogen Generator is one kind of Nitrogen Generation machine supplying high nitrogen from air. This Skid Nitrogen Generator is the most common design. This kind of nitrogen generator can supply high purity nitrogen. There are two solutions to produce 99.999% or 99.9995% purity nitrogen. One is the normal structure, with one step. But this one step solution consumes too much compressed air, which makes operation cost high. The other solution is use one 99.5% purity nitrogen generator, then add another nitrogen purifier with the consumption of hydrogen. With this hydrogen, total operation electricity consumption is small, but it will need the existance of hydrogen.

Equipment quality guaranty

If necessary, Gamma engineers go to site at Gamma`s own cost.
Site commissioning service
If necessary, the seller is to provide free site operation and maintenance training. If site service is provided, the customer is to provide charges for visa application, round trip air tickets, board and lodge charges, transportation charges, etc. for not more than two Gamma service engineers.
After training, operation personnel are to be able to operate the equipment efficiently;
