It uses  pressure swing adsorption technology, it separates and collect nitrogen from air. This Nitrogen Generation System has advantages of low operation noise, because all parts are included inside one container, which makes the noise lower than most other Nitrogen Generation system. It is suitable for outdoor nitrogen supply. With this product, there is no need to build up new buildings, no need to provide extra rain proof device, etc. It can be used in wild land, only need to put the plant there, supplying with electricity, it starts to produce nitrogen. This container psa nitrogen generation system is fully tested before delivery, all parts included. 

Container PSA Nitrogen Generation System process flow

The main process flow of this container Nitrogen Generator is as following:

Air Compressor suction air from atmosphere,then the compressed air enters one air treatment part to get rid of dust,water, dust,etc, achieving clean and dry compressed air. This air treatment part mainly consists of three filters, one Refrigerant Dryer and one activated carbon oil remover. After treatment, the compressed air enters one air tank to make air stable. Then the compressed air enters PSA nitrogen/oxygen separator. After passing through this nitrogen/oxygen separator part, nitrogen is collected. The produced nitrogen enters one nitrogen buffer tank. At the outlet of nitrogen buffer tank, stable and qualified nitrogen is sent to using point.
